Business Owners Who've Benefited from Outsourcing

I know what you're thinking: Sure, working with a Virtual Assistant sure seems like a good idea. But can Lori and her team really work with me and my particular business model? Chances are the answer to your question is YES.

Read on and let's learn about the various types of professionals I have the good fortune to call DavisVA Clients:

Trusts & Estates Attorneys. We work with a number of T&E attorneys in New York and New Jersey, helping them generate health care proxies and powers of attorney for their clients. We also proofread cover letters, wills and trusts.

Life/Business Coaches. Our responsibilities for our coaches include appointment setting, managing e-mail accounts and mailing applications and other information to their new clients. We also work on e-zine publishing for many coaches.

Real Estate Consultants. Contact management, voice-recorded listings and Craig's List and Backpage campaigns are just a few of the tasks we handle for our real estate clients.

Professors & Teachers. Teaching is such a noble profession and I'm honored to work with a number of teachers and university professors. We handle a wide variety of tasks for our clients in academia, including surveys for their students, blog administration, travel arrangements and e-mail management.

Marketing Professionals, Professional Bloggers and Power Players. I work with a number of famous bloggers and marketing professionals--a very interesting bunch of folks with incredibly diverse needs. Research, travel arrangements and salesforce.com maintenance are just a few of the tasks I handle for my Power Players.

Entrepreneurs. This runs the gamut from sales professionals to beauty consultants, and my tasking for these clients is as varied as they are. Drip campaigns, CD burning, e-mail management and appointment setting are just a few of the tasks we handle for these clients.

Sales Professionals. These women and men lead a fast-paced lifestyle, and Davis Virtual Assistants backs them up every step of the way. Leads management and v-mail and e-mail management are just some of the tasks we handle for these go-getters!

Web Designers & E-mail Marketers. There are some amazingly talented professionals in both of these business models! They're demanding and their attention to detail is quite extraordinary. Some of the tasks we handle for these professionals include leads management, proposal writing and proofreading projects.

Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Interventionists.  For these very special clients, the DavisVA team handles with care and compassion their appointment setting, CRM management and client follow-up.

Process Servers.  The men and women who work in this field are ferocious.  They go after and serve the evil-doers and I've got much love and respect, not to mention an incredible amount of jaw-dropping awe, for these business owners.  For our process servers, we're handling their CRM management, staying in touch with their clients for updates, and faxing proof of service.  Love you folks!

Don't see your business model in this list?  No worries my Killer Sharks.  You can see some of you and some of the things you need to outsource in all of these examples.

Each Client-VA partnership is unique, so it's critical to ensure both parties have what they need in order to have a successful working relationship. To determine if you and the Davis Virtual Assistants team are a good fit, let's start building Rome, right now:

  1. First, review my Virtual Services page to get a feel for the types of tasks and projects we can handle for you. Do you need a bookkeeper? If so, I'm not your VA. If the DavisVA team is not able to handle what you need to outsource, never fear! I have at my disposal an amazing Referral Network of highly-qualified Virtual Consultants. Tell me what you need, and I'll make it happen for you.

  2. Second, make your list of the administrative, technical and marketing tasks which you can realistically offload to your VA. This could be as simple as a one-time task for proofreading, or as involved as ongoing e-mail management, typing projects, surveys, blog management and appointment setting. To get you started, download your own copy of DavisVA's Going Virtual Checklist. (Look at that ... something for free!)

  3. Third, let your fingers do the walking, let's discuss your "This is Driving Me Crazy List!" and then get to work!
